About Us

We specialise in BREEAM and LEED certification of buildings, environmental policy development, environmental reporting, greenhouse gas accounting, waste auditing and provision of environmental sustainability advice at all stages of a building project from planning, design and construction to refurbishment and operation.

Our consultants and associates include architects, environmentalists, civil and building services engineers who all bring a wealth of experience gained on high-profile projects whilst working for leading engineering consultancies and international organisations such as the United Nations, for example.

Our approach to sustainability is that of early engagement, common sense and use of local resources. This approach ensures implementation of zero and low cost solutions as well as a high degree of stakeholder ownership, both of which are key to achieving environmental, social and economic sustainability.

How green is my building? How does it compare to others? How do I compare and benchmark performance of a portfolio of buildings? How do I improve performance at zero or low cost? How do I verify my KPIs? How do I communicate sustainability?

If you have asked yourself any of these questions, the answer is BREEAM In-use. BREEAM In-use is BRE’s latest and fast-growing online tool, which offers simple, robust and cost-effective path to measurement and certification of building’s performance internationally.

Our BREEAM In-use fees start from £500, so why not give us a call.
